CLASS POLICIES
- All participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Payment must be received at least 1 day prior to the class start date.
- Clean up after yourself: Keep your workspace and equipment clean and tidy after use. This includes wiping down surfaces and cleaning/putting away tools.
- Use materials responsibly: Only use the materials you need and avoid wasting them. Dispose of materials properly and follow guidelines for recycling or disposing of waste.
- Respect other people's work: Do not touch or move someone else's work without permission. Be mindful of the space and equipment that others are using.
- Ask for help when needed: If you are unsure about how to use a tool or piece of equipment, or if you need help with a project, ask for assistance from the studio manager or other experienced artists.
CANCELLATION AND MISSED CLASS POLICY
- Cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before the class start date.
- Cancellations are 50% refundable up to 7 days before the class start date.
- All sales are final beginning 7 days prior to class start date.
- If you're unable to attend a class, the missed class cannot be rescheduled.
- In case of illness, rescheduling is possible with a doctor's note. *This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- No 1-1 instruction will be available during open studio hours.
- Open studio hours for Intermediate students coincide with the class start and end dates.
- Work stations and equipment have to be clean and returned to their respective places prior to the start of class, unless you're attending said class.
STUDIO ETHICS
- Respect diversity: Art studios can be a melting pot of cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, and beliefs. Be respectful of diversity and avoid making discriminatory or derogatory comments.
- Be honest and fair: If you are working on a collaborative project, be honest about your contributions and share credit equally. Avoid plagiarism or copying others' work.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully: When working with others, communicate clearly and respectfully to avoid misunderstandings or conflicts. Avoid using aggressive or confrontational language.
- Be open to critique: In an art studio, it is common to receive constructive criticism on your work. Be open to critique and use it as an opportunity to learn and grow as an artist.
- Respect the environment: Art studios often use materials that can be harmful to the environment. Be mindful of your usage and disposal of materials to minimize the impact on the environment.
- Be mindful of noise levels: Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disrupting other people's work or conversations.
- Practice integrity: Act with integrity by being truthful, honest, and transparent in your actions and interactions with others.
- Treat others with kindness: Art studios should be a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Treat others with kindness, compassion, and empathy, and be mindful of the impact of your words and actions on others.

You acknowledge and agree that Wheelhaus Studio GmbH retains ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Service and The Company, including applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. Other product and company names that are mentioned on the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use.
GENERAL TERMS
If any part of this Terms of Use agreement is held or found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the agreement will be construed as to be consistent with applicable law while the remaining portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any failure on our part to enforce any provision of this agreement will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this agreement survive any transfer or termination of this agreement.
You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with the Company must commence within ONE year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of the Site or the Service signifies your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Use.
