Inspired by the traditional Hydria, an ancient vessel historically used for carrying and pouring water, this piece reinterprets a classical form through a contemporary sculptural language. The three handles, all functional elements designed for lifting and balance, are transformed into exaggerated architectural volumes that reshape the silhouette of the object. Within the Cobalt Series, the Hydria becomes both an object of ancient history and transportation, while connecting vessel traditions to atmospheric contemporary presence.
